What we are known for:

We assisted and assist client  in well-known cases such as LERNOUT & HAUSPIE, FORTIS, BENDE VAN NIJVEL, DIESELGATE – VOLKSWAGEN,  ARCO, OPTIMA BANK and 3M – PFAS and because there are often many people victims there, we also have experience in working large groups of clients.

But a big case makes no difference from a smaller case: those who can handle the former can also handle the latter, and often a so-called “big” file is no more than an ordinary file but on a larger scale.

However, it is true that very few lawyers in our country have experience with large groups of clients because that requires specific skills.

Some of the cases we appear in are well known, but most of them, fortunately, never make it into the media and we devote equal attention and dedication to them.

However, the media experience gives us a lot of expertise to discretely assist celebrities and companies in distress and to supervise the crisis communication, because all too often we see that this crisis communication is badly handled and that a case is messed up even before it goes to court.

In addition to the “trial,” we see more and more often “trial by media,” both before the actual trial and during and even after that trial , where very different rules apply : we are better positioned than anyone else to avoid all dangers because we know both the jungle of the media and the maze of justice.
